Refund & Return Policy – Buckets to Blooms
Buckets to Blooms, LLC creates and restores many one-of-a-kind, vintage, and handcrafted pieces. Because of the nature of these materials and processes, all furniture, custom builds, altered pieces, salvaged materials, vintage goods and restored items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Eligibility
Only new, non-custom retail products such as clothing, creative supplies, and home décor may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
Return Process
To request a return, please email me at bucketstoblooms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, I will provide return instructions. Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued to you via email in the amount of the returned item(s) (prior shipping charges will not be credited)
Damage Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I will assist in filing a claim or determining next steps. Natural wear, salvage marks, or visual character in vintage or restored pieces is not considered damage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Final Sale Items
• Restored and refurbished furniture
• Salvaged, vintage, or one-of-a-kind pieces
• Custom or made-to-order work
• Items that have been altered or personalized
• Discounted or clearance items
