Shipping policy

At Buckets to Blooms, every order is packaged with intention and care. Because we offer a mix of small handcrafted pieces, apparel, creative supplies, and larger vintage or furniture items, shipping options vary based on product type and size.

📦 STANDARD SHIPPING
• Free shipping is available on eligible shippable items over $100 (before taxes).
• Pick-up only items do not count towards the free shipping threshold.
• Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days

🪑 FURNITURE, CUSTOM BUILDS & VINTAGE PIECES
These items require additional packaging and handling to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping options for large and specialty pieces:
• Free Local Pickup – Bastrop, Louisiana
• If an item is not available for shipping- it will say Local Pickup Only in the description.
• Custom shipping quote can be requested via email.  Please indicate item you are interested in shipping and provide your zipcode.

🛒 Mixed Cart Orders (Shippable + Pickup-Only Items)
If your cart includes both shippable items and pickup-only items, please place separate orders:

  • 📦 One order for items that ship
  • 🏡 One order for pickup-only items

This helps ensure accurate processing and delivery options.

📬 Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during purchase. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at bucketstoblooms@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist if the order hasn’t already shipped.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, tracking is provided and carrier responsibility begins. If a package is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible. Replacement or refund solutions will be evaluated based on item availability (some vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces may not be replaceable).

🔒 Stolen or “Delivered But Not Received” Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office or carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or adding signature confirmation if you are concerned about porch theft. If you’d like that arranged, please contact us before purchase.

We want your order to arrive safely and beautifully packaged. While some factors are outside our control once shipped, we will always do our best to support you through the process.

📍 LOCAL PICKUP

• Pickup location: Bastrop, Louisiana
• We will reach out after purchase to arrange pickup time.

🕒 PROCESSING TIME

• Standard items: ship within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays
• Large/custom items: may require additional time for packaging or scheduling
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with updates once your order ships or is ready for pickup
